Think/Pair/Share NLCA acronym

• Tell each student to think about what they know about the NLCA.
• Find a partner and take turns sharing what they know.
• Each pair should join another pair to form a group of four. Each group should complete a KWL chart, recording what they collectively know about the land claim, and what they would like to know.

Give each group a copy of the Plain Language NLCA. Have them try to find as many
answers to their questions as possible. They may also access the NTI website at
www.tunnagvik.com Record their answers in the “What we learned” column.
